Drone Leak Investigation · Industrial
Drone leak investigation for industrial plants & facilities.
Industrial sites multiply every leak mode: process water systems, fire mains, effluent lines, cooling circuits, tank farms, and vast roofs over production that cannot stop for investigation. Water loss here is operating cost, compliance exposure, and downtime risk braided together — and the ground-level view never shows the whole system at once.

Aerial investigation reads the entire site in one program: buried lines screened along their alignments, roofs moisture-mapped over critical production areas, containment and pond systems verified, and every anomaly geotagged into the maintenance system. For elevated and hot assets, our aerial NDT services extend the same no-scaffold logic to wall thickness and corrosion.
Where industrial plants & facilities leak
- Buried fire mains leaking undetected until pressure tests fail
- Process and effluent lines expressing only as vegetation anomalies
- Roof moisture above production and electrical rooms
- Containment berms and ponds seeping at the margins
- Cooling and condenser system losses buried in utility bills
The right services for industrial plants & facilities
Pipeline & Right-of-Way Leak Screening
Site and corridor lines screened kilometres at a time — thermal, vegetation, and change signals.
View serviceUnderground Water Main Leak Survey
Fire mains and site distribution screened from the air, confirmed acoustically on the ground.
View serviceAerial Inspection Hub (NDT + Thermal)
Tank thickness, CUI screening, and asset thermography — the condition side of the same flight program.
View serviceIndustrial Leak Detection
Ground-based industrial diagnostics when the aerial screen hands over a confirmed target.
View serviceIndustrial Plants & Facilities: common questions
Can you fly inside an operating industrial site?
Yes — with the planning industrial sites require: orientation, permits-to-work where applicable, exclusion coordination with operations, and pilots experienced around live process areas. No shutdown is needed for the survey itself; that is much of the point.
A fire main hydrotest is coming and we suspect losses. Can you screen first?
That is an ideal sequence: aerial thermal screening along the main's alignment identifies suspect zones, ground acoustic crews confirm and pinpoint, and repairs happen before the test — instead of the test failing and starting an expensive blind search under deadline.
How do findings integrate with our maintenance system?
Every anomaly is delivered with coordinates, severity, imagery, and recommended action — structured so your planners can raise work orders directly. Repeat surveys then close the loop, verifying repairs and updating the baseline.
